We would like to think information equals knowledge. We would like to believe the more “facts” we have the more we understand.
Here’s the deal – the conscious mind can only know things that the conscious mind can grasp. And nothing important is available to the conscious mind.
The conscious mind is limited to what can be seen by the conscious mind and what can be understood by the conscious mind.
Lets have a list – “love” can not be understood by the conscious mind. “Forgiveness” can not be understood by the conscious mind. Infinity can not be understood by the conscious mind. And something other than ourselves cannot be allowed to be understood by, well us.

The conscious mind cannot predict tomorrow. The conscious mind thinks tomorrow is an event to be tracked. The conscious mind thinks “time”is a dimension and therefore a fact to be tracked. It thinks, we think “time” is a series of events that should be traced , forward and backward. the conscious mind lives in time.

Anything important that lasts, exists outside of time. The conscious mind has a problem. And knows it. Thats why we are all (in the Western world) desperate for apparent control, and power. Anything important exits outside of our control, and power is as meaningless in the long term as water flowing over a waterfall. It looks good for a while, then its gone.
Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, hold on to your extremities, keep your arms and legs inside the car – its gonna be a rough ride – but the outcome is inevitable. And Ladies and Gentleman the outcome is beyond your (our) control. Because by definition It is and Its is and It is, and we are to be honest merely a fleeting shadow on what “is”. And what is “is” does not exit in our vocabulary or our facts or our science or even, wait for it -our Televisions. But sometimes, sometimes it exits in what we call “our hearts”
